Vintage kokeshi doll by Sato Yoshiaki from 1967. Bought from Japan. Perfect condition.
Artist born on November 20, 1906, in Togatta-Shinchi. After the war, he returned to his home in Shinchi and started a business on the premises.
The doll showed the natural patterns of the wood, perfectly carved the elegance. Hand written on the backside with the date and the location of Yoshimi, Japan.
