This charming dorei (土鈴) clay bell is shaped like a boar (亥 / inoshishi) and comes from Nishinomiya Shrine (西宮神社), the head shrine of Ebisu worship located in Hyōgo Prefecture. It is adorned with a red and white braided cord and features a bold red seal stamp (御朱印風) on its side, identifying it as a sacred item from the shrine.

Nishinomiya Shrine (西宮神社) is a historic Shinto shrine located in Nishinomiya City, Hyōgo Prefecture, Japan. It serves as the head shrine (総本社, sōhonsha) for the over 3,500 Ebisu shrines across Japan.

In the Japanese zodiac, the boar symbolizes courage, protection, and progress, and it is traditionally associated with people born in the Year of the Boar. Boars are also known in Japanese culture for charging ahead without hesitation, making this bell a symbol of determination and fearlessness.
