This vintage 御神鈴 (Goshinrei) is a sacred bell charm from Nikkō Tōshō-gū, one of Japan’s most revered Shinto shrines. Crafted from metal with a fine matte finish.
Traditionally used to purify and summon blessings, such bells are often found at shrine entrances, where worshippers ring them before prayer to attract the attention of the kami (spirits or deities).
